Service Agreement

By using Muskoka Junk Removal services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Our Services

We provide junk removal and hauling services in Muskoka, Parry Sound, and surrounding areas. Our services include:

  • Cottage clean-outs
  • Residential junk removal
  • Renovation debris removal
  • Estate cleanouts
  • Specialty item removal

Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is volume-based and depends on how much space your items take up in our truck. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Very heavy items requiring special handling
  • Long carries or difficult access situations
  • Items on upper floors
  • Special disposal requirements

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and e-transfer.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We strive to provide same-day or next-day service when possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

Items We Cannot Accept

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept certain items including but not limited to:

  • Hazardous waste (chemicals, solvents, oils)
  • Asbestos-containing materials
  • Medical waste
  • Certain electronics (regulations vary)

Please contact us if you're unsure about specific items.

Liability

We take reasonable care in performing our services. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property
  • Items mistakenly included in removal (please clearly mark items to keep)
  • Damage caused by access limitations you did not disclose

Property Access

By scheduling service, you confirm that you have the right to authorize removal of the items and access to the property. For rental properties, please ensure you have landlord authorization if required.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
